    GAME AND PRACTICE RULES
    1. No one is allowed on the field before, during, and after a game unless they are on the playing team's roster. Everyone else must remain in the stands.

    2. No one is permited on the practice field or in the gym during practice times.

    3. All communications are made through the Head Coach or their designate.

    4. The Coaching Staff is not permitted to speak with parents during practice or 15 minutes prior to the start of practice.

    5. All food must be placed into trash receptacles. IT IS THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE VISITING TEAM TO CLEAN THE AREA PROVIDED FOR THEIR TEAM DURING GAMES.

    6. Please do not drive up the back driveway and enter the field from the far end. The only entrance to the field is on the snack bar side.

    7. Please adhere to all Codes of Conduct and the Zero Tolerance Policy at all times.

    8. Cucolo Field is off limites, unless authorized by an Executive Board Member.

    Volunteer, Appointed Board Member and/or Rostered Adult

    1. Any volunteer or appointed board member is govered by the executive board. This appointment is for 1 calendar year.

    2. In the event that you can not fulfill your obligation or your appointment has been re-assigned, any and all dealings and documentation must be surrendered upon request. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the Association. Child participate may continue, but Volunteer and Appointed status is removed.

    3. Use of the Suffern Midget Mountie/Pop Warner logo and name will be with only the consent of the Executive Board through the President or Fundraising Coordinator. Any calls or letters sent on behalf of the organization must reference an Executive Board Member.

    4. All communications made on behalf of Suffern Midget Mounties/Pop Warner must be approved prior to release. This includes communication from the coaching staff to parents.

    Greivance Policy
    1. Any member of the Suffern Midget Mounties, Inc. may register a grievance or concern with the Governing Board for redress.

    2. Parent Concerns:
    a. Parent or guardian expresses their grievance/concern to any Governing Board Member in writing.
    b. Notified Board member presents grievance to President.
    c. President attempts to resolve issue with grieving party.
    d. The President determines the necessity of a special meeting of the board. If a meeting is deemed necessary, he instructs the Secretary of the scheduled time and place for the notice of meeting to the Board Members.
    e. Pursuant to the meeting of the Board, the President informs all parties of the results in writing.

    3. Concern involving a BOARD MEMBER:
    a. In the event the grievance involves a Board Member, the written statement shall be directed to the President immediately.
    b. The President shall address the concern and attempt resolution.
    c. In the event resolution is not achieved, the President shall notify the Board via the Secretary of a special meeting.
    d. Pursuant to the special meeting, the President shall notify all parties of the result in writing.

    4. Any grievance shall be registered with the Governing Board at their next scheduled meeting whether or not they have been resolved.

    Registration and Refund/Transfer Policy
    Suffern Midget Mounties has a $50 non-refundable, non-transferrable policy.

    In the event that circumstances change and a player makes a decision not to play by 7/31/08, a full refund LESS the $50 deposit is returned.

    If a child makes a decision on the first day of training camp or 8/1/08 (whichever comes first), to not continue with Suffern Midget Mounties, there will be no refund/transfer provided.

    If a child is not able to play due to weight or us not being able to field a team, a full refund/transfer will be given including the $50 deposit.
