Please make checks payable to Suffern Midget Mounties. Due BEFORE Training Camp begins. All registration is numbered on a first come first served basis. A number is not assigned until a $50 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is received. If payment in full is not received on or before the first day of training camp, your number is removed and you go to the bottom of the wait list.
You must submit all of the following documents for your child in order to be completely registered for the 2010 season: 1. Completed registration form (downloadable below) 2. 2010 Physical Fitness & Medical History forms, pages 1 & 2 with all proper signatures (downloadable below) 3. Some companies have budgeted annually money to be donated for Non-Profit organizations. Inquire at your company about sponsoring us. There are many things from goal posts to uniforms. It does not have to be specific, an advertisement in our yearbook would say a lot to the families in our program. If you would like to Coach, Team Parent, Team Administrator, committee member, game day crew, equipment coach or concession help. Please fill out this form. If you can not commit to a position now but know you may want to help out during the season, you will need to complete this application. Every volunteer must have a background check. We are planning now for the 2010 season, so please let us know what you can do.

No position is permanent nor is it automatic. All Coaches undergo monthly review. All positions come under the review of the Executive Board of Directors on a monthly basis.

All players in the Jr. Pee Wee Category and above must present a passing end of year report card to show scholastic eligibility to participate in Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading. In the event that document is not available, this form can be completed by the current year school administration.

Please complete the form and mail it. If you did not have an in person fitting, please put down your childs number size. For example, if she wears a 6X or an 8/10 etc. Please put down her current shoe size.
The Midriff and Boy short are a required item. There is an additional cost of $32 for the set. If it is your first time cheering you will need to purchase these items. This scholarship is open to any graduating senior for football or cheerleading. There is a monetary scholarship in the amount of $500 for 5 football players and 5 cheerleaders.
